Properties in Sussex believes that is is possible to find affordable properties to rent or buy - even in Sussex.

On this website we aim to help people who are looking for properties in Sussex, either to rent or to buy, find their property. We will do this by listing available properties from people who need to rent out their properties, or sell them. Properties in Sussex does not take a commission on the sale or rent. Landlords and owners will pay a small fee to get your property listed on the site. We will leave the property on there for up to one year, unless you ask us to remove it.

The first ten properties will be listed for free.

Where are the properties on the site?

Answer: We have yet to list the first property.

This site went live on the 18th December 2009, and it has taken a little while to get going. We are ready to list the properties though. Please contact us if you have a property to sell - or rent. We are happy to put it on. Remember - the first ten properties will be listed FREE OF CHARGE.

How much will it cost to get my property on the site?

Answer: NOTHING! The first ten properties will be listed for absolutely nothing.

After the first ten properties have gone on the site we will confirm the price for the listings. Our fees will depend on demand, and the visitors numbers. The good news is that the first ten properties will be listed absolutely FREE OF CHARGE!
